Firstly, the food was good. Now
the bad news. The website stated,
after the order was placed, that
it would arrive in 65 minutes.
So, order placed at 18:40, food
was expected no later than 20:00.
At 20:30 phoned Chand to find out
where the food was. Food arrived
5 minutes later.
In the terms and conditions there
are a few lines which basically
say you’re food will
arrive........ sometime, not
necessarily within the timescale
given by the website and that
this can be for any number of
reasons. Not sure why the order
took so long, as the alternative
option of collection of the
order, was 25 minutes. Might give
this option a go next time.
