Placed order at 14.40ish for 18.65 thinking this was delivery time. Now 19.18 and no delivery nor a confirmation of order! No happy with any of this! Payment has been taken.

Just eat said delivery would be 5.30, the restaurant changed it to 6.05 and it's now 6.45 and it still isn't here even though we phoned at 6.20 and was told 5-10 minutes.

Firstly, the food was good. Now the bad news. The website stated, after the order was placed, that it would arrive in 65 minutes. So, order placed at 18:40, food was expected no later than 20:00. At 20:30 phoned Chand to find out where the food was. Food arrived 5 minutes later. In the terms and conditions there are a few lines which basically say you’re food will arrive........ sometime, not necessarily within the timescale given by the website and that this can be for any number of reasons. Not sure why the order took so long, as the alternative option of collection of the order, was 25 minutes. Might give this option a go next time.

We ordered for delivery at 11am this morning to make sure that we would be able to get our order. We ordered for 8pm. Just eat app states that it would be delivered by 8:30pm, we accept that considering it’s NYE however we have rang over 100 times to try and get through and still no joy. What is happening? Will we receive our order at all?

Hi , I ordered 2 xGarlic Nans, got home wasn’t in the Bag. But was a extra rice ? Curry as always was enjoyed but missed the Nan. I know you was busy so no worries! But you owe my two Nans next time.
